Booba - Blanco nemesis

The shadow of the past emerges in the silence between tracks, but the bass still echoes through empty streets. May 29, 2026 marks the release of Blanco Nemesis, Booba's twelfth studio album, announced at the start of the year and confirmed in May. This project serves as a spiritual sequel to Nero Nemesis, released in December 2015, and answers rumors that have persisted since 2019.

A varied approach with a mix of new and old compositions within the album structure

The album Blanco Nemesis fits into a marked creative continuity linked to Nero Nemesis. This spiritual sequel establishes a narrative dialogue between the two projects, allowing Booba to explore similar themes while evolving his approach. The May 2026 release marks a new step in the artist's career, which experienced a long period of silence following Nero Nemesis.

Notable tracks

V rises like a notorious moment of collaboration, where Huntrill's presence adds a collaborative dimension to the track. This pairing suggests a strategic approach to enriching the sound while respecting the integrity of the project. BZK, featuring Matra, illustrates another example of a feature that contributes to the diversity of voices on this song. The involvement of these artists associated with the project adds a layer of complementarity that sheds light on Booba's creative approach. Blanco Nemesis presents itself as a logical continuation of a previous work, marked by its structure of eleven tracks and its focus on the lead vocalist. The integrated collaborations with Huntrill, Matra, and Chaax bring specific dimensions to particular moments on the album, while maintaining the overall coherence of the project. The release in May 2026 completes a creative sequence characterized by regularity and respect for the established sonic universe.
